The online interactive textbook is used in science classes grades 5-8. Students log in to access readings that are appropriate for their reading level. The techbook allows the student to take notes, highlight, watch videos and have the text read to them.

FM has become a Google certified school district. Student email accounts will end with @fmschools.org, but will actually be a G-Mail account that will not be deleted during the summer months. Google Drive will be used for the creation, sharing and storage of files from any device at any location. Multiple users can collaborate on a single document and then be shared with teachers. NAO Robot
NAO is a motivating way to teach problem solving, math, physics, programming, engineering, and robotics. The robot can speak 9 languages, has camera sensors, object recognition, face detection, text to speech, automatic speech recognition, and sound detection and localization. Middle school students will experience programming NAO during Robot Club and Computer Applications class. Elementary students have learned content from NAO as students.

Tablets from Nooks to iPads are used in every building. Students can read books, check vocabulary, or test their comprehension on the Nooks found in all libraries. Teachers and student check out books for home, book clubs, or class readings. iPads are used for multimedia and skills enrichment.
